Shipping policy

  • Message Merchants Co aims to ship within 7 business days. Typical transit time is 5-7 days for USPS First class, and 2-3 days with USPS Priority. However, we can not guarantee these timeframes.
  • If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be reshipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.
  • Message Merchants Co is not responsible for lost packages. Tracking information will be provided with orders. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
